The Maryland Legislature is currently consdering passing the Maryland Computer Information Transfer Act (MUCITA). In the House, it is House Bill 19 and Senate Bill 142. This page contains the correspondence I have had over this issue and any links on the topic that I find interesting.

| 04/10/00 | - | A Joint Committee released a comprimise version of the bill. It passed both the House and Senate and will go into effect on October 1, 2000 if the governer signs it. |
| 04/25/00 | - | The governer signed the bill. It will now go into effect on Octoer 1, 2000. |
